Glassie Ladies offers lessons in stained glass: cutting glass, foiling, soldering, and finishing. The class is typically two hours in length for 6 weeks, for a total of 12 hours. Students learn to cut out patterns, transfer the pattern to the glass, and cut the glass. In the following weeks, the student will learn to grind and foil each piece, solder, assemble, and polish their project. Individual instruction is available during our open hours, at the student’s convenience. Evening classes are scheduled for Thursdays from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
